Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Technical Trainer to deliver live, instructor-led training (ILT) to onboard customers and partners onto the NinjaOne platform, via remote/virtual and in-person onsite sessions. This is a delivery-focused role that runs live enablement sessions, facilitates virtual labs, and helps learners reach certification while updating materials to reflect product changes.

Qualifications

3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training, including live virtual/online and in-person onsite delivery to adult learners.
Able to facilitate a live virtual classroom with hands-on virtual labs and practical exercises.
Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to adapt delivery to the audience.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging live, in-person and remote/virtual instructor-led trainings for external customers and partners.
Repurpose existing modules into ILT formats, short-form video, and in-product overlays to support diverse needs.
Facilitate the virtual classroom, manage pacing, screen shares, polls, Q&A, and breakout activities.
Explain technical concepts clearly to mixed experience levels and guide learners toward NinjaOne certification.
Assess learner needs and training effectiveness, and apply improvements as needed.
Keep course content up-to-date with NinjaOne product updates in collaboration with content owners.
