Key Responsibilities

• Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phone, placing orders, and providing sales quotes.
• Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes.
• Research product solutions to address field‑project issues.
• Operate Monday through Friday during day shift hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
• Prior experience with wood, woodworking, panels, board materials is strong plus.
• Experience in architectural or interior hardware helpful but not required.
• Developed customer service, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
• Team‑oriented with initiative and strong drive and creativity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with AS400 is helpful but not required.
• Position may require lifting, pushing, or carrying items up to 50 pounds.
