Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking a motivated Order Processing Specialist to assist distributors with orders, quotes, and inquiries. You will validate orders to ensure manufacturability and maintain accurate data across our systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders, inquiries, quotes from distributors.
• Work with orders received.
• Validate distributor orders to ensure manufacturability of products.
• Review and verify all variable data with distributor orders/quote requests.
• Process order and/or quote changes requested by distributor.
• Provide customer service for quotations, calls, inquiries, etc.
