Qualifications

• 2-4 years of IT, technology product, or business systems analyst experience supporting commercial or customer-facing processes.
• Experience with enterprise applications supporting customer orders (ERP/CRM/order management) and requirements documentation.
• Proven experience analyzing order-to-cash workflows and translating needs into clear specifications.
• Leadership shown through collaboration across functions and alignment between business and IT.
• Experience supporting system testing, validation, and release in regulated/quality-focused environments.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer order management needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Support lifecycle of technology products for customer orders, including enhancements, defect resolution, testing, and releases.
• Lead application of AI, analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms and optimize pricing/revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to improve order-to-cash processes and system performance.
• Analyze business processes and data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Participate in system configuration, UAT, and validation to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Support incident management and continuous improvement efforts with root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer for end users.
