Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Professional, Service & Repair role, located at multiple sites including Raynham, NJ; Raritan, NJ; West Chester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; or Warsaw, IN. You will support service operations by ensuring data integrity, handling records, and partnering with service teams, IT, and commercial stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; information systems, business, operations, supply chain, or engineering preferred.
2–4 years in customer service, service operations, IT systems, or related commercial technology environments.
Experience with CRM/ERP tools and service management systems; ability to analyze datasets and generate reports.
Familiarity with service & repair workflows and cross‑functional business processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain records within service management, CRM, and ERP systems.
Analyze routine service metrics to support reporting and improvement initiatives.
Act as liaison between customer service, field service, IT, and commercial teams.
Lead AI, analytics, and automation initiatives to modernize commercial platforms and pricing.
Provide operational support for service activities including orders, repairs, and documentation.
Support projects and process improvements in service & repair operations.
Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and data integrity standards.
Prepare and distribute routine service performance reports and dashboards.
