Job summary

Bachman’s Order Center is looking for an experienced Call Center Associate to join the team. This part-time role requires accurate data entry, strong customer service, and a passion for the retail and horticulture industry.

The position offers 401(k) eligibility, wellness programs, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and PTO eligibility. Ideal candidate will assist customers with orders, support florists, and handle inquiries from customers and stores with professionalism.

Part Time Position: Sunday-Saturday, hours vary between 8-5pm
Rotating weekends
Ideal candidate has availability of 2+ weekdays and 1 weekend day.
