Job summary

Bachman’s Order Center is seeking an experienced Call Center Associate for a part-time role. The position requires accurate data entry, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage orders over the phone and via computer systems.

Candidates should be available Sundays through Saturdays with rotating weekends and 2+ weekdays, and 1 weekend day. Compensation starts at $16.50 per hour, with benefits and an Equal Opportunity employer statement.

Part Time Position: Sunday-Saturday, hours vary between 8-5pm

Bachman’s Order Center is looking to add an experienced CallCenter Associate to their team. Candidates should be skilled in accurate data entry, excel in customer service and be passionate about the retail and horticulture industry.

Job Duties

• Assisting customers with placing incoming orders
• Assisting other florists with orders coming into and out of our systems
• Answering calls from customers and stores pertaining to products, events, workshops, and deliveries
• Handling customer comments and complaints
