Astec is seeking a Customer Order Program Manager to lead the enterprise PMO for IS manufacturing sites. You will own the IS Portfolio, manage data-driven insights, and ensure ROI and schedule accountability across projects.

You will develop governance structures, dashboards, and standardized templates, while communicating with customers and executive leadership to drive timely, transparent updates.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of end-to-end project and program management in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• PMP certification is required; PfMP preferred.
• Strong governance and portfolio management experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable messages for executive leadership.

Aufgaben

• Direct the Customer Order PMO across IS manufacturing sites.
• Define the Astec Standard for order management and mentor project leads.
• Implement governance processes and dashboards to track portfolio health.
• Maintain templates (SOWs, RAID logs, project templates) for consistent execution.
• Ensure high-frequency, data-driven communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports to the VP of Operations and SLT.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; drive continuous improvement in lead times.
