Job summary

Amprius Technologies, Inc. is seeking a PMO Lead to establish and run a comprehensive PMO, overseeing cross-functional workstreams from cell transfers to contract manufacturers, and leading the rollout of the PLM system and change control processes.

You will charter programs, build an integrated master schedule, and implement governance practices while coordinating across engineering, supply chain, quality and external partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management for hardware products.
• Hands-on experience implementing or running a PLM system and ECR/ECN processes.
• Strong scheduling and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Write the PMO charter and program charters, and get them approved by leadership.
• Build and maintain an integrated master schedule covering all active Operations workstreams.
• Run the governance cadence: weekly status reviews and monthly executive reviews.
• Set up and run a single RAID log (risks, actions, issues, decisions) for all workstreams.
• Choose and set up the PM tooling, templates and reporting dashboards.
• Lead the PLM program: consultant and system selection, implementation plan, budget and kickoff.
• Migrate production BOMs into PLM.
• Design and roll out the change control process (ECR ECO ECN) across R&D, Operations, CMs and suppliers.
• Make sure every BOM part is linked to the approved vendor list.
• Drive milestone delivery, escape risks early and help teams resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Coach program managers and functional leads on planning discipline.
