You will maintain strong customer relationships, input orders, verify invoices, coordinate with warehouse operations, and generate routine reports. Excellent communication and a professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a general office environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn internal customer service software applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with ability to type 30 wpm and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, process orders, billing, and handle complaints promptly.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and research issues.
• Input customer orders and generate paperwork for customers and warehouse.
• Verify invoices and act as liaison between warehouse and customer on invoicing.
• Maintain procedures manual and report customer feedback to management.
• Answer calls and create timely reports as requested.
• Keep all order paperwork and customer files up to date.
