Responsibilities

• Investigating customer discrepancies and working with various contacts to resolve the issues.
• Telephone, email, and in person communication with various levels of internal employees from our field offices to executive management.
• Understanding and analyzing shipping documents.
• Research and problem resolution of customer invoice issues.
• Learning and understanding industry requirements and changes.
• Interaction with the customer via phone calls, email, web portals, and EDI connections.
