Job summary

You will work with Sales, Production, Shipping, Quality, and logistics partners to ensure accurate processing, timely follow-up, and proactive communication with customers. Responsibilities include monitoring orders, resolving issues, maintaining records in the ERP system, and supporting continuous improvement in the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent customer service work experience.
• At least three years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or a supply chain environment.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and order management platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for order tracking, reporting, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through shipment and delivery using ERP.
• Serve as primary contact for key accounts and respond to inquiries.
• Confirm order requirements with Sales, Production, Shipping; communicate timelines.
• Monitor open orders and backorders; notify customers of delays.
• Prepare customer service reports and track performance metrics.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
