Job summary

Kelco Industries is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage orders from entry to delivery, coordinating with Sales, Production, Shipping, Quality, and logistics partners to ensure accurate documentation and timely fulfillment. You will serve as the primary contact for key accounts, monitor orders, and drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience.
• At least three years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and order management platforms.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word for order tracking, reporting, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through shipment and delivery, verifying product specs, quantities, pricing and delivery dates in the ERP system.
• Serve as a primary contact for assigned key and high-volume accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and communicating order status.
• Work with Sales, Production, and Shipping to confirm requirements and delivery schedules, identifying capacity, material or shipping concerns.
• Monitor open orders and backorders, coordinate expediting as needed, and notify customers of delays or changes.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and customer service concerns, coordinating with Quality and Production on returns and credits.
• Prepare and maintain customer service reports and performance metrics; identify recurring issues and communicate trends.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to improve order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
