Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-related experience.
• Strong problem-solving and executive communication capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and management.
• Solid Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills for analyses and reporting.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and supply chain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Executes timely review of customer backlogs and collaborates with factory, finance, sales, and customers.
• Manages business through all stages of the product lifecycle (NPI, EOL).
• Manages inventory and DOI to minimize costs.
• Manages Demand vs Supply profiles for direct customers or distribution channels.
• Monitors consumption and ordering patterns to perform demand/supply analysis.
• Supports quarterly business reviews and operational meetings with customers.
• Leads process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provides guidance on operational issue resolution and implementation of new processes.
