Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage operations for large or strategic customer accounts.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations partner for a portfolio of large, strategic customers.
• Build trusted relationships across operational, managerial, and executive levels.
• Review customer backlogs and partner with factory, finance, sales to resolve issues.
• Manage business across the product lifecycle, including NPI and EOL.
• Analyze demand, supply, consumption rates, and ordering patterns for direct customers and distribution channels.
