Job summary

• Serve as the primary operations partner for a portfolio of large, strategic technology customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customer and AMD stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Review customer backlogs and collaborate with factory, finance, sales, and customers to resolve issues.
• Manage product lifecycles (NPI and EOL) and inventory to minimize costs.
• Analyze demand, supply, consumption, and ordering patterns for direct customers and distributors.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and cross-functional meetings with customers.
• Drive operational excellence and implement new processes to support growth.
