Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations partner for a portfolio of large, strategic technology customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customer and AMD stakeholders across operational, managerial, and executive levels.
• Review customer backlogs and coordinate with factory, finance, sales, and customers to resolve issues.
• Manage business across the product lifecycle, including NPI and EOL.
• Oversee inventory management and DOI to minimize costs.
• Analyze demand, supply, consumption rates, and ordering patterns for direct customers and distributors.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and cross-functional meetings with customers.
• Collaborate across teams to share best practices and remove obstacles.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence across the organization.
• Support business strategy through project leadership and stakeholder alignment.
