Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or order management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment.
• Coordinate shipment readiness and review orders for accuracy.
• Provide proactive order updates and communicate delays to customers.
• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
• Resolve inquiries and issues with professionalism.
• Coordinate deliveries with carriers, sales teams, and warehouse staff.
• Maintain pricing files and account information.
• Process daily billing, including debits and credits.
• Generate reports on orders, billing, and service activity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office to manage customer data and activity.
