Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer operations, sales support, or order management (CPG/food industry preferred).
• Experience working with retail customers or supermarket chains is a plus.
• ERP experience preferred, particularly with SAP Business One.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from PO receipt through delivery.
• Confirm order details and communicate ETAs to customers.
• Resolve order discrepancies and support invoice accuracy.
• Assist with transportation coordination and 3PL claims.
