Job summary

Spindrift Beverage Co, Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to manage the full order lifecycle and coordinate across Sales, Logistics, and Finance. This on-site role in the Greater Boston area focuses on timely Fulfillment, inventory alignment, and customer satisfaction.

You will balance customer needs with transportation constraints, optimize processes, and support scalable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or related roles.
Experience working with ERP systems, EDI platforms and customer portals preferred.
Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, fulfillment operations, and customer service execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt through invoicing.
Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses, carriers, and internal partners.
Identify and resolve order exceptions, delays, and fulfillment constraints.
Serve as primary operational contact for internal stakeholders and customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure service excellence.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
