Job summary

Spindrift is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to join our in-house operations team. You will own the end-to-end order lifecycle, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accurate processing, fulfillment, and delivery while balancing inventory and carrier constraints.

You’ll manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, build strong internal and external relationships, and drive improvements to service levels and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems, EDI platforms and customer portals preferred.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, fulfillment operations, and customer service execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt to invoicing.
• Monitor high-volume orders across multiple locations and ship-tos.
• Ensure orders comply with customer requirements and service expectations.
• Identify and resolve order exceptions, constraints, and delays.
• Serve as primary operational contact for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics on programs and launches.
• Coordinate routing, delivery appointments, and portal activity.
• Support resolution of claims, deductions, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
