Job summary

Giesecke+Devrient Mobile Security America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Representative in Dulles, VA to support orders, procurement and logistics. You will interface with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate deliveries and responsive service.

The role emphasizes order processing, production coordination and timely communication. A minimum 3 years in customer service plus SAP/Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience with internal/external customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and provide customer support across scheduling, shipping and invoicing.
• Coordinate artwork design, packaging changes and preproduction meetings.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics and finance to ensure timely deliveries.
