Job summary

Dexter Laundry is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Leader to oversee day-to-day service operations, ensure timely and accurate responses, and resolve escalated orders and shipment concerns.

You will coordinate with Production and Operations to align with customer expectations, capacity, and brand standards while guiding cross-functional teams toward continuous improvement and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, customer service, or related field.
• 5+ years in customer service operations, order management, logistics, or related roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day customer service operations with timely, accurate responses.
• Oversee order processing accuracy and customer communications.
• Resolve escalated customer orders and shipment concerns.
• Manage the full order lifecycle from entry to shipment, including scheduling.
• Analyze customer trends, forecast demand, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Inventory, Logistics, and Sales to align with capacity and needs.
