Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service and Customer Operations teams to achieve objectives.
• Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, service levels, and efficiency.
• Own the Customer Operations strategy and governance for onboarding, order management, and service support.
• Provide governance for onboarding, launches, transitions, and major operational changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment to resolve customer-impacting issues and support reliable execution.
• Establish KPIs and operating reviews; drive corrective actions and escalation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other functions to translate commercial terms into operations.
• Lead continuous improvement and SOP development across Customer Service and Operations.
