Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Operations Program Manager to partner with Walmart and Sam’s Club, owning replenishment, inventory insights, service execution, and cost-to-serve for assigned customers.

You will translate customer data into actions, lead cross-functional reviews, develop standard work, and drive continuous improvement. Travel to Little Chute facility may be required; strong analytical and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 4–7 years of experience in customer operations, replenishment, retail analytics, or related roles for complex customers.
• Direct replenishment experience supporting Walmart and Sam’s Club required, with POS/inventory analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Walmart and Sam’s Club systems including Retail Link and Nova.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with portals, ERP systems, and large data sets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop intimate understanding of assigned customers, including systems, processes, replenishment requirements, service expectations and priorities.
• Serve as the primary operational partner for customers in partnership with the Sales owner.
• Establish consistent operating cadence including reviews, KPI discussions, action tracking, and escalation.
• Translate customer needs into clear actions and connect work to internal partners for resolution.
• Monitor POS, inventory, in-stock levels, weeks of supply, order patterns, and OTIF/service metrics.
• Identify out-of-stock risks, inventory imbalances and replenishment gaps.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve in-stock, inventory flow and service.
• Prepare customer-specific replenishment/performance reporting and participate in replenishment meetings.
• Develop and improve replenishment tools, reporting, processes and standard work.
• Lead customer operations for Walmart and Sam’s Club and maintain deep knowledge of related systems.
• Utilize Walmart and Sam’s Club systems (Retail Link, Nova, etc.) to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Coordinate ongoing replenishment discussions with Walmart/Sam’s Club teams and cross-functional partners.
