• Lead commercial process for new product introductions and line extensions.
• Serve as customer escalation point for quality concerns and corrective actions.
• Oversee execution of customer-driven projects with cross-functional support.
• Drive revenue growth and defend margin through pricing discipline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer commitments.
• Ensure adherence to customer compliance requirements.
