Job summary

Conner Industries, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all on-site operations at our Denver facility. You will oversee production, maintenance, shipping, and staff development, while driving safety, quality, and lean initiatives to meet customer needs.

The role requires a strong data-driven mindset, ERP familiarity, and the ability to manage budgets and assets across a multi-location manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
• 7+ years in production or manufacturing environment.
• Lean six sigma background; change leadership experience.
• Analytical thinker with data gathering and analysis.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility overseeing production, shipping/receiving, maintenance, etc.
• Build a safety culture focused on diligence and housekeeping.
• Develop a quality culture aligned to customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing techniques.
• Establish budgets and manage costs to improve financial performance.
• Ensure ERP data integrity and manage site assets.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in good working order.
• Identify and manage local maintenance suppliers and vendors.
• Act as liaison for local regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Oversee staffing, training and employee development.
• Communicate and support adherence to corporate policies.
• Be a visible, hands-on leader within the operation.
