Job summary

Mondelez International in New Jersey seeks a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, manage displays, and place product orders using an iPad. You will represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy while building relationships with store staff.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, able to travel to various stores within a 25-mile radius of Flanders/Succasunna, with weekday and weekend availability. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store staff and optimize product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits per DSD merchandising steps and photograph displays.
• Order products via iPad for shelf and display stock.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and displayed per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to management.
• Adhere to merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and support product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat in-store presence.
