Job summary

L’Oréal's Order to Delivery Analyst in South Brunswick, NJ will own end-to-end order flows for key accounts and drive initiatives to streamline our logistics processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT, using Excel, SAP, and PowerBI to optimize reports and support decisions.

This role requires a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is valued.

Qualifications

• Mastery of data analytics (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUPs; SAP/PowerBI is a plus).
• Strong communication skills to synthesize issues for diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude ready for a fast-paced environment.
• A completed College Degree (Supply Chain/Logistics experience preferred).
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Secure order lifecycles from receipt to shipment, resolving blocks.
• Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to prevent delivery roadblocks.
• Analytics: Leverage Excel, SAP, or PowerBI to optimize reports and support decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct root-cause analyses to boost delivery KPIs.
