Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst in the United States (New Jersey). The role focuses on driving fill rate and execution excellence by acting as the liaison between internal Supply Chain, Sales, brokers, customers and 3rd Party Distributors.

You will own order entry in NetSuite, manage EDI order support, and collaborate with planning to allocate orders while ensuring timely communication with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite for order management and PO processing.
• Strong liaison between sales, supply chain and external brokers.
• Familiarity with EDI-enabled order flow and customer setups.

Responsibilities

• Process PO entries in NetSuite based on arrival and delivery dates.
• Coordinate EDI orders and new customer setups with IT.
• Collaborate with planning to allocate orders and mitigate supply risks.
• Communicate with brokers and buyers to align on customer needs.
• Manage order acknowledgement and approval cycles.
