Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
• 1 to 3 years of transportation experience.
• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data to identify opportunities and streamline processes in customer operations.
• Creates data visualizations and reports to support Customer teams and leadership.
• Provides vacation and turnover coverage for Customer Excellence Team.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in all regions for customer metrics and order life cycle.
• Gathers information to provide Customer Service reporting and trends data over time.
• Leads quarterly special projects e.g., sourcing, tech implementations, process improvements.
