You will build relationships, escalate complex cases, and collaborate with the Customer Connection Hub and sales teams to ensure satisfaction, including weekend scheduling as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of relevant experience.
• One or more years of customer service experience preferred.
• Food/beverage industry experience preferred.
