Qualifications

• Provide operational support for Century Express customers and engage in all facets of logistical services.
• Analyze customer data and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve service.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and continuously improve processes within operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Century Express’ customers across all logistics services.
• Drive continuous improvement through customer metrics, KPI data and proposed solutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of documents like B/Ls and related requirements.
• Support VIZIV tools and system-related processes to manage accounts.
