Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational customer support and monitoring for assigned accounts.
• Reviews and monitors communications between customers and Century offices.
• Communicates with customers and Century offices to resolve operational problems.
• Maintains SOPs and Addendums and coordinates with Sales as needed.
• Assists with VMS module support and configuration, including user setup and training.
• Reviews and monitors projects and data related to customer accounts.
• Supports in keeping customer reports accurate and functional.
