Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Data & Process Analyst to investigate data, reporting, and process issues across customer service systems. You will analyze metrics, build dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in operational performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in business or analytics, strong Excel, and experience with data reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in data analysis, business analysis, reporting, or process improvement.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to reconcile conflicting information and draw actionable conclusions.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer service metrics, trends, and KPIs, including order volume, response times, service levels, and case activity.
Create dashboards, reports, and insights using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
Investigate data discrepancies, process breakdowns, and system-related issues across multiple platforms.
Trace data through workflows and reports to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Document findings, workflows, SOPs, and corrective actions.
Support system enhancements, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
