Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, analytics or related field.
• 2 years of customer facing/liaison experience.
• 2 years in operations, analytics, or customer service roles; internships or projects in data analysis or process improvement are advantageous.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Coordinate and manage customer meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring agendas are prepared.
• Track, document, and monitor action items from customer interactions with timely follow-up.
• Maintain operational dashboards and reports to provide visibility into customer engagement progress.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure operational continuity to keep customer experience smooth in fast-moving situations.
