ZT Systems is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst I in Secaucus, NJ, to manage orders end-to-end and coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales teams. You’ll provide timely status updates to customers and support data-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to process enhancements and early-career development in customer operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Provide customers with updates on order status, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales teams to resolve order issues.
• Monitor order backlog and identify potential delivery risks.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
• Assist with customer inquiries and support issue resolution.
• Generate basic operational reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Support process improvements and special projects as assigned.
