Job summary
ZT Systems is seeking a Data & Business Analyst with deep manufacturing and supply chain domain knowledge to drive data contracts and issue resolution in Secaucus, NJ.
You will partner with data quality and engineering teams to govern data, design metrics, and deliver actionable insights using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Degree in business analysis, computer science, or related field with relevant experience.
- 5+ years as a developer and/or data analyst in manufacturing or similar domains.
- Master’s degree with 3 years of experience accepted.
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical contact for issue investigation and manage expectations.
- Navigate large manufacturing systems to identify origination and owners.
- Partner with data quality to govern data contracts and lead acceptance tests.
- Design metrics and visualizations for data quality and governance.
- Guide end users on data-driven improvements across systems.
- Identify process improvements with data-driven approaches and cross-team collaboration.
