Job summary

LHH is seeking a Customer Sales & Operations Coordinator in Tulsa, OK to support a dynamic sales team. You will manage onboarding, orders, invoicing, pricing, shipping coordination, and provide responsive account support.

You will respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate records and efficient operations while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, invoicing, sales support, order management, or commercial operations.
• Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Syteline or a similar ERP system preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer relationship skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong math and analytical skills are required, including the ability to work with pricing, quotations, order details, and transactional data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding, order entry/processing, invoicing, pricing, shipping coordination, and account support.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery status.
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and sales documentation.
• Partner with other departments to support customer requirements and shipping activities.
• Maintain accurate records and transactions within company systems.
