Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year management experience in a retail or service industry.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to stand, move and stock merchandise for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in both in store and online shopping experiences.
• Promotes a customer-obsessed culture that prioritizes selling behaviors and engagement.
• Understanding role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads cues to create an exceptional in store experience for customers.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
• Acts as brand ambassador and upholds company policies and procedures.
• Performs Manager on Duty responsibilities including opening/closing and supervision.
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy.
