Responsibilities

• Leads and supports customer selling in-store and online experiences.
• Promotes a customer-obsessed culture and guides team behavior.
• Understanding role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads cues to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs and promotions.
• Represents the brand professionally to customers and coworkers.
• Performs MOD duties including opening/closing tasks and supervision.
• Oversees merchandise presentation, pricing and inventory accuracy.
