J.Jill is seeking a passionate Sales Lead to support store leadership in driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience in our New Mexico stores.

You will foster meaningful customer connections, mentor team members, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining deep product knowledge and adherence to company policies. The role offers an inclusive culture and opportunities for growth across our nationwide stores.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships.
• Strong ability to support, inspire, and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Assist in training and developing team members, leading by example, and providing coaching and support to ensure team success.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill’s products to support customers in making confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing store, manager on duty, visual merchandising, floor sets, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, proactively address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and support leadership in maintaining a meaningful customer experience.
• Navigate various communication settings across different levels of the organization, adjusting messaging to fit diverse audiences.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help your store be successful.
