Responsibilities

• Deliver highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with all customers and uphold customer experience principles
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and follow operating procedures
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures
• Assist in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety awareness
• Perform other duties as assigned
