This role requires greeting customers, processing purchases at the POS, handling returns, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• May travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Engage customers, discuss projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and follow company safety processes.
• Process transactions at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per established guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
