Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction with customers. You’ll greet customers, check out, handle returns, perform basic cash office tasks, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

We have both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Your role includes greeting customers, discussing projects, recommending products, processing sales at the POS, handling refunds/exchanges, opening/closing registers, and following

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash handling procedures and accept payments.
• Answer the phone per guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise; create price tags.
