Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction for customers. You will greet, assist with purchases, handle returns, and perform basic cash office tasks to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. The role requires basic math skills, strong customer service, and may involve travel to other stores for support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.

• Willingness to travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Open and close registers and process transactions at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
