Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction for customers. You will greet customers, process purchases at the POS, handle returns, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available. The role requires 18+ years of age, basic math skills, and prior customer service experience. Occasional travel to other stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products, and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and follow the company’s safety processes.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Answer the telephone per guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
