Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a CMD Supervisor to lead the Customer Master Data team in Malvern, PA. You will direct daily operations for the CMD processes, drive accuracy, cycle times, and service levels for internal customers across North America.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years experience in finance or related field within a complex and matrix organization.
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience is highly preferred.
Dynamic individual with the ability to motivate and lead; self-starter who can drive activities.

Responsibilities

Establish and monitor department goals including error rates, cycle times, and service levels for internal customers.
Ensure CMD support is available during US holidays and provide adequate coverage.
Onboard and train employees; communicate and train internal stakeholders on key master data processes.
Investigate issues and work with CMD resources to implement timely, accurate solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders on business changes or new requirements; drive process improvements.
