Saint-Gobain seeks a Lead Master Data Analyst to join the Region Finance Team within the Global Business Solutions group. You will own end-to-end master data processes, drive data integrity, and collaborate with MDM leadership and operations to deliver priorities using automation and controls.

The role emphasizes internal controls, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across SAP and QAD platforms, focusing on risk mitigation, reporting, and cross-functional partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Finance, Supply Chain, Internal Audit or Support Functions with 4+ years in master data management.
• Experience leading teams and developing employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record delivering complex analyses.
• Experience with ERP platforms SAP and QAD and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDM internal controls process management for vendor and customer master domains; coordinate GBS internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Contribute to risk assessment and monitor related controls; implement remedial actions as required.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual audit steps to ensure regional MDM compliance.
• Lead processes for mass screening of vendors/customers through trade compliance tools with stakeholders.
• Provide advanced level support to business users for troubleshooting workflows and issues.
• Identify enhancements and drive continuous improvement in data management and governance.
