Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Manager - Master Data Governance to lead governance for customer data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and usability across systems. The role coordinates data stewards and IT partners to implement policies and monitor KPIs in a hybrid IL-based environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in data governance, strong leadership, and experience with Informatica MDM. Expect collaboration with business units and opportunities to influence data strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, business, or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• 5+ years in master data management, governance or data operations.
• Informatica MDM and Data solutions (3+ years).
• Strong data concepts, data quality, controls and enterprise data operating models.
• Leadership and project management across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan governance outcomes through collection, governance and curation of Customer data.
• Manage Customer Master Data Domain Governance activities; embed governance in operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement governance principles and roadmaps.
• Maintain master data standards, quality rules, controls and stewardship practices.
• Lead data stewards, governance analysts, and technical partners; track KPIs.
